Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship from Athens, Greece by 1-st class priority registered mail with tracking code. The code is valid for majority of international shippers and can be tracked online on your national post site or this online service: www.track-trace.com/post
All customs fees, tariffs, duties, taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Packages are shipped to the address on your Etsy receipt. The buyer is responsible for assuring that the address is correct. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, etc. a refund will only be given for the item(s), not for the shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
I have no control of your package once it is in the ELTA Postal system, and at times there are delays in delivery.
The ELTA does not consider a package lost until the following times have elapsed after the shipping date:
Domestic (Greece): 11 working days
Europe: 25 working days
Rest of the world: 32 working days
Sometimes there are delays because of customs or because of the volume of mail at busy holiday times, but in my experience it is very rare for packages to be lost.
You may be asked to complete a form for the insurance claim: your assistance in completing this paperwork if necessary is appreciated.
Custom and personalized orders
Refunds & replacements will be processed once we have received the item(s) back from the buyer. Items must be in original, unused condition.
Regardless of whether the goods you buy are faulty or not, you as the buyer have a 14-day (from point of receiving the goods) no questions asked cancellation & return option. (Policy does 't apply to any custom-made orders.)
The item should be replaced in its original box or other sturdy packaging and returned to me within within 21 days of receipt. Please request a free proof of postage from the post office and send it back via registered mail. International customers with customs form to fill in should mark the value as nil.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items come presented in an appropriate gift jewelry box or suede pouch.
We are happy to enclose a personal message to the recipient if required - just let us know in the 'Note to Seller' option at checkout.
We send all orders in bubble envelopes to ensure they reach you safely.
Sterling silver jewellery may tarnish - or blacken over time. This is a normal reaction of silver when exposed to the air. In order to help prevent this, please store your jewelry where possible in its original box, and clean it carefully from time to time using a soft silver cleaning cloth, or apply a mild soap using a soft brush. Dry thoroughly.
Contact with strong chemicals such as perfumes and deodorants should also be avoided as these may affect your jewellery.
